Leaders In Training Program

Being a Leader in Training (LIT) is a great opportunity to develop leadership skills, gain valuable knowledge and experiences and have fun while participating in our Agriventure Summer Camp.

We will help you build confidence, learn about your strengths and connect with your peers all while having fun! LITs are a very important part of our summer day camp and one of their greatest responsibilities is to ensure younger campers are having a wonderful experience on the farm!

LITs will assist a Camp Counsellor and their group for the week by helping facilitate games, organize activities and offer support during animal/farming tasks.
