    *Steckle Heritage Farm is a charity owned and operated educational farm
    *This site is NON SMOKING
    *There is parking for up to **3** cars (client and photographer) at our 811 Bleams Rd. entrance. If you have more than 3 cars, they need to park at the 226 McIntyre parking lot and walk up the path.
    * No cars are permitted beyond parking lots.
    * If you are a photographer hosting mini sessions on site, please plan to have guests arrive in time for their slot, and stay with you and your set up. We ask that guests refrain from wandering the site.
    * The lower barn and animal pens are OFF LIMITS unless pre-arranged with Steckle Heritage Farm and staff will assist you when you arrive.
    * Areas designated as Staff Only and No Entrance must be respected.
    * Heritage Items on display in the barn and around the farm are not to be moved or removed under any circumstances.
    * Please do not climb on the buggy or other items in the upper Barn.
    * Please realize there are barn cats on site that wander the site. They are sometimes friendly and may be petted, but please do not pick them up. There are also resident dogs on site. All farm animals are fully vaccinated.
    * Bringing animals (i.e. dogs) is not permitted unless arranged prior to arrival and vaccination records and waiver have been signed. Properly vested service animals are welcome, on leash.
    * There may be other activities or classes going on while you are here. Please be cooperative with others on site. If the site is needed as an exclusive rental, please contact us for rates.

Children's Programs

From preschool to teens, we have programs that help children and youth learn essential food skills such as planting, harvesting as well as cooking food from the farm, feeding and caring for farm animals, and developing leadership skills in a hands-on heritage farm environment.

Little Farmers (Ages 2-5)

Seasonal farm activities, garden activities, animal feeding and general care, farm and environment-themed crafts, storytime and more!

Farm Explorers (Ages 6-9)

Explore the farm ecosystem from catching garden critters to growing plants, caring for the farm animals, and cooking in the kitchen!

Rise & Shine (Ages 6-9)

A great program giving kids a chance to learn about animals on the farm, and assist in morning chores and basic animal care.

Summer Camps

Agriventure Summer Camp (Ages 5-12)

Hands-on learning activities include gardening, harvesting produce, playing games, making crafts and learning more about our animals and heritage!

Leaders In Training Program (Ages 13-14)

A great way to develop leadership skills and to gain valuable knowledge and experiences while participating in our summer Agriventure Camp.

Volunteer Junior Leader Program (Ages 15-17)

A fun way to earn your high school volunteer hours and build your resume. Assist with group rotations, provide support to younger campers, plan and run an activity of their choice and more!
